This is the exact opposite of why I'm asking this. I've seen my collusion group cause quite a few people to give up.
If it was up to me we would just go to a universal shard but I know that's too cut throat for most people's taste. Then only a very few teams would care about payout time.
How would a new player ever stand a chance in a universal shard?
New players would need to start on their own shards with increased rewards to get them going. Then they would roll into the main shard at 6 months. Probably give them an entry package that includes some mods gear and a zeta.
