I want to climb Fleet arena ranks, who can I contact?

Like the title says I want to climb fleet arena ranks who must I contact for fleet shard leader! Where can I find my fleet shard leader? I'm currently rank 51 in fleet arena and want to climb to num...

If you want to fight the entire fleet shard alone, have fun spending crystals to do so. At least in my shard if someone keeps hitting people during their payout and knocking them lower we usually will try to prevent them from getting anywhere near top 10
