Can't say it is nerfed or correction. But I do agree to you some extend. IG-86 is my arena toon and DS battle toon. Previously it would cric on almost 90% of its attack. And the special attack was massive even at gear 8.
But last week or so, his special attack is not that powerful any more.
Or to say his does cric 60% of time now. So may be they corrected his buff.
