IG-86: Why?
IG-86 is terrible. So terrible, in fact, I refuse to promote him. GA benefits aside (but not ignored), there's an argument to be made that you should simply collect his shards, without promoting him...

Well besides the GA thing, which I knew about last year thanks to my time machine, I have over 10k shard shop currency and counting despite making purchases every refresh.
More importantly, I don't want him getting a big head. Er, a bigger head than he already has that is.
