Just doing some reading on http://www.swgohcantina.com looking at heroes at lvl 80 and their basic attacks (as long as their attacks aren't changed). Enjoy.
Imagine any of these on your Ima Gun Di lead team, countering with their basics:
Aayla Secura: 25% (+10% after lvl cap) chance to call an assist. +50% damage if Jedi
Ahsoka Tano: heal 10% (15% on crit) max health
Bariss Offee: 45% chance to heal allies for 6% of her max health
Grandmaster Yoda: if target above 50% health, gain foresight and 25% (+5% after lvl cap) turn meter
Ima Gun Di: 25% (+25% after lvl cap) chance of defense down, +100% damage to droids
Jedi Consular: 25% (+25% after lvl cap) chance to reduce cooldowns by -1
Jedi Knight Anakin: 40% (+15% after lvl cap) chance of healing/buff immunity
Kit Fisto: 30% change to attack again (+50% chance to gain 15% turn meter after lvl cap)
Luminara Unduli: 35% (+15% after lvl cap) chance to gain evasion up
Mace Windu: if target is above 50% health, deal 50% more damage. If target is below 50% health, heal Mace for 60% (+10% after lvl cap) of damage dealt
Old Ben: gain evasion up for 2 turns (+1 turn after lvl cap)
Qui Gon Jinn: 65% chance to gain 30% turn meter (add +65% chance to inflict -30% turn meter on the enemy after lvl cap)
Thanks to Ima Gun Di's leaders any of these Jedi has a chance to counter attack and use their basic attacks. Anakin spreading immunity, QGJ taking/gaining turn meter, Yoda gaining forsight/turn meter, Aayla calling in an assist and more.
It may only be a 35% counter chance, but it also adds bonus counter damage. Plus any hero that counters will gain (or have a chance to) the unique parts to their individual basic attack.
I know that I will be taking Ima Gun Di and a Jedi team to lvl 80. It just looks like it's going to be awesome.
