Infernal trio Rey-RG-QGJ
In every team of the top 10 i can find in every squad the same trio Rey - QGJ - RG. Is it normal ?

No, he's not. When a hero is amazing at everything and has no real weaknesses, that's not balance. That's broken.
He is good but very easy to counter. Rey is an issue since she can one shot one of your team.
