anyways, while I have not actually went against savior with both JTR and Execute myself, I have rather solid reasoning (imo, anyways)
Savior cleanses, and they just didn't put it an ability description yet. A dev has posted in one of the threads here about this, maybe I'll find it, maybe I wont. this cleanse happens before the heal
JTR's healing immunity is not dispelled, so it sticks through savior
Execute's healing immunity is dispelled, so it goes away and target is healed
