Is Cad Bane good for anything?

With them adding him to pvp shipments soon I'd just like an opinion on where he's decent from Someone who has him fairly highly geared. What's he good at? (And don't say good vs Jedi that's the cheap answer, tell me HOW he fits into your team to counter a strategy pls)

Simply put, Cad Bane is unfairly bad in this game. I don't have him, but honestly his only potential use is in an all-scoundrel lineup.

He counts towards the 26 dark side character achievement.
That's about it.

I use him in the Savage challenge. The stuns nice when it's not going through its ten turn cooldown, and his bonus attacks are nice when Savage gets susceptibility. Turns what should be a 7 minute event into five

He could be an interesting leader for a scoundrel team. He gives scoundrels 20 evasion -- 5 more than Dooku, Old Ben, or Lumi. That's a LOT of evasion. And you get a 25% TM boost on evade.

He's also pretty potent against Jedi.

This. Also, his leader ability brings Greedo and Boba Fett's evasion up to 30% when their evasion up abilities proc

He is not good for everything

I have him at 7* and it's not good. I would say a bit good against jedi, but doesn't worth the effort to upgrade.
