Is Garazeb Orrelios a good counter for Count Dooku?

I'm in the middle of the game right now at level 58. I've rarely played against a Dooku team. But I'm probably going to go against a Dooku team in the future. You can't get any damage on Dooku because...

If you build a phoenix team he works great against dooku. But Chirrut or Wedge + Biggs works a lote better to oneshot dooku. Maul daze works as well again dooku. Or any toon that can stun. Zeb without his phoenix allies wont be really that effective.
