Is Garazeb Orrelios a good counter for Count Dooku?

I'm in the middle of the game right now at level 58. I've rarely played against a Dooku team. But I'm probably going to go against a Dooku team in the future. You can't get any damage on Dooku because...

While no good for arena, in GW, run a teebo lead plus whoever. He stealths everybody. Attack Dooku with stealthed allies and everybody else with unstealthed allies. Plus teebo can dispel their tank.
