Is General Veers useful?
Just wondering since I noticed today all those bronzium cards I opened up has gotten me enough shards to open him up. I have a lot of sith/empire characters but wasn't sure if anyone thinks this guy ...

No. general veers is pretty much one of the worst toons in the game. Top 10 worst at least
