Is Ground War challenge 3 beatable at all?

Did anyone beat C3 and if so, with which team? If not, how did the testers / devs manage to beat it with current relic levels? I believe they must have done so. Why else would it go live this way. Can we maybe get an official statement on this? Also for Secrets and Shadows C3 while we're at it.
