Is it impossible to unlock c3p0 without wicket and logray?

My ewoks are 65k power. All 5-7*, gear 8 to 11, and a zeta on chirpa. I have ran the 5th tier over 300 times (literally)and can't manage to take out more than 1 toon. Is it just impossible without...
