Is it worth applying a Zeta just for crew power?

Is it worth applying Zetas on to crew members just for the Crew Power boost even if you have no intention of ever using the character in a squad? Phoenix are an example that come to mind, same with H...

If you need your ship to be 1 speed faster, and that Zeta makes it so then its worth it.

In all other cases, not worth it.
I Zetad Tarkins unique when using him but never did his leader as it didn't increase capital ship speed.
