CLS is still a great Legendary character to have.
And to get him requires very little gear. (Level 7-10 range for the group as a whole)
And given he's needed in the long term for JKL/JML he's well worth getting.
I wouldn't give a ton of gear to StormHan or Farmboy but ANY gear you give to Leia or Old Ben I think is fine since both have to be relic'd IIRC for the path to JML.
