Is low gear C3PO still a thing, and why?
I remember reading many threads about this long ago, can't recall why it was advantageous, and i wonder if it is still applicable now? Also apparently you don't want to max cyborg relations?

C3PO’s potency increases the more you gear him up, so it actually is a better to not gear him up if you plan to use this team.
Wouldn't it be wiser to gear him up and just not mod him for potency? What's he got at g12 without mods? 30-40% potency?
