is mando viable with 3 stars/1zeta and gear level 11?
or is he still to squishy ?

Depends on which team he fights.
Mine is R7 with 5e mods, when facing DR teams he's dead 90% of the time when the match ends.
(Disintergrate? Lol never heard of, because I have a dead mando nearly every match. And relic hunters shot malak to death with their basics anyway)
He's that squishy even at R7, so if he gonna die, he's gonna die. Gear lvl or whatever doesnt matter. The problem of low star attackers are their dmg output, and mando suffered this too.
