is mando viable with 3 stars/1zeta and gear level 11?
or is he still to squishy ?

Scenario 1: BH kill everything before Payout
Scenario 2: BH die before payout
Disintegrate is flawed in a big way... specially on Raids(not that you need him but 99,999 damage isn’t large anymore).
As I said, once the full LS team is revealed I will judge it then... to recommend spending on him or using gear that can be better used elsewhere at this time would be irresponsible. At 3* he has the durability of paper zombie, useless.
