Is potency over 100% pointless?
As the title states. I have several characters with ~110% potency. Is that 10% completely wasted? I wouldn't think potency could go higher than 100

Yes.
Tenacity - Potency = chance to resist (min 15%)
Difference in level between the two opponents also has effect.
