Is potency over 100% pointless?
As the title states. I have several characters with ~110% potency. Is that 10% completely wasted? I wouldn't think potency could go higher than 100

Technically in pvp mode 60% potency should be more than enough for say, a Boba or Palp.
But, I have Palp at 84% and still gets resisted sometimes, so there's that.
For raid I used to run Bistan in Rancor at 90% potency, and Teebo at 80%.
