Is potency over 100% pointless?
As the title states. I have several characters with ~110% potency. Is that 10% completely wasted? I wouldn't think potency could go higher than 100

* keeping in mind certain abilities that cannot be resisted, such as Vader’s ability block on Jedi (if the first check for chance of debuff application passes). This example also bypasses foresight for the unavoidable / impossible to evade type of attack. Certain abilities reference that inability to be resisted, but still require the first check for chance of initial application, as @Coldth mentioned.
