Is potency over 100% pointless?
As the title states. I have several characters with ~110% potency. Is that 10% completely wasted? I wouldn't think potency could go higher than 100

I believe Characters such as Sidious (Zeta Unique) or Tarkin (Aoe) would benefit from greater then 100%
