Is potency over 100% pointless?
As the title states. I have several characters with ~110% potency. Is that 10% completely wasted? I wouldn't think potency could go higher than 100

This... The more potency, the more health pool boba lead... Which helped to finish mod challenge... (hoth hans healing made much easier though)
