Is resistance trooper mandatory for an resistance team?

So yeah I farmed resistance pilot instead of trooper thinking that my team would be well with pilot aswell. But I see now teams having trooper as mandatory,do you think this is true for the event t...

No, not in arena. Finn poe R2 GK DN is much more reliable than with RT.

RT can make you win 3v5, but the counter attacks and the tenacity up makes it really difficult. And also all the taunts can destroy your strategy.

You obviously need him for raid though, the expose for 3 turns on basic and his speed down and TM gain are previous.
