is slkr still the best gl

It looks like Kenobi can fairly easily solo the Sith Raid, so that takes away Kylo's big benefit versus everyone else. Add in that Kenobi is light side so he helps with the tougher Geo TB, and I think we're seeing a potential change in their rankings. I don't have the ultimate ability unlocked yet so I'm not ready to really analyze Kenobi's performance but it looks pretty good in his favor potentially

PvP-wise I would've considered him one of the worst. JKL with no GL and mediocre Jedi can take him down; with JML he falls in under a minute.

I would rather have SLKR to start because the grind for JMK would take a while

SLKR is fantastic for raids and is all around a solid GL in every game mode. Kenobi is hard to judge without ult and without CAT, since she seems to be the one needed to make him a powerhouse. That ability to reduce cooldowns to 0 for CAT’s annihilate is a huge plus

A guild mate shared this with me. I couldn't tell you any details because the guy takes like four minutes to even say anything of relevance in the video so I lost interest before I could get through it. Once I get closer to the ult I'll start paying more attention and by then people will have it figured out

I would still say Kylo is the best GL to go for first if you don't have any. You get two solid teams out of his requirements, whereas the other GLs all have some junk characters you'll relic and then barely, if ever, use. He also does everything else pretty well.

As for people caught up in the "omg kenobi can beat sith raid" mania, if you care about that then Kylo is still the better option for it as his overall relic requirements are much lower.

SLKR is still the better sith raid toon, as it doesn't require much thinking or luck (Kenobi run has a few areas where if AI targets smartly, your run ends)

PvP wise, SLKR variants can eventually beat other GLs to a degree

I still think he's the best first GL to go for because sith raid rewards + Crancor raid rewards is pretty important income while you work towards your second GL and I think that makes him the overall best GL so far

Sure, JMK is great now but no guarantee how great he will be in a few months or after a year when we get new batch of GLs (he might lose arena viability) and then he's mostly good for LSTB, the other game modes, SLKR is just as good (PvP such as TW / GAC, raids)

back to the topic,i do think jmk is the best gl now since he solos sith raid, can participate in lsgeotb especially when he is gr plus jedi, not to mention he autos every other gl,that is really strong in pvp
