Is there a Nihilus bug on Zeta unique?

Hi there, I just upgraded Nihilus unique with a zeta. I noticed in a few arena matches that there are no debuffs at the start of his turn. Check the link, up till yesterday he always started with a debuff on a random enemy.

Please refrain from trolling cause it's a simple legitimate question. :-)

    Well it's rarely resisted. His damage over time debuff usually sticks. Never seen that one resisted. I'll post more screenshots. Systematically resisted on the first turn seems strange. He's my fastest toon and generally goes first

    The nihilus i see sometimes do sometimes don't stick the debuff.

    That ability a subject to a potency v tenacity test so will be resisted from time to time

    Excellent thanks bro :-) it's always a tricky one trying to balance potency and tenacity. Well the unique is a great zeta anyway. Nothing like getting annihilate that fast!
