His basic inflicts 2 debuffs, with a chance of 3.
Thats 30% TM for him and 15% for the rest of the team.
The protection is best used with his other Zeta, or with Tenacity mods.
Its definitely his best Zeta and a good one, but there are more that can be impactful to a team.
Also his Omegas seem better than his Zetas, weirdly enough.
