I'm dealing with this as well only with the Aphra bundle. the in game help is saying i have to request a refund through iTunes. its pretty frustrating.
Oh I agree. I have gotten no where with them. All I want is the item I agreed to purchase. I am about to have my bank recall the money. I didn't buy crystals. If you make any progress let me know. I will do the same for you
