I'm about to unlock him, 70/80. I find his kit to be unrealistically powerful. About 200 speed, gives tm/crit to a team of droids that with crit will massacre and gain more tm. His heal seems correct...

JE is actually much easier to gear up than the other new character. He needs only one piece of unobtanium to get to 10 4/6, while the guard needs 3 pieces just to get to gear 10.
