Jedi - 2 tanks....Arena position
Jedi can march up an Arena to the top 10 very easily but freefall to 70th on my Arena on defence. I don’t have GK yet (although we now have HAAT on farm). So.... I’ve been trying zBastila(l), zEzra...

Double tank squads are more difficult to beat or it generally takes longer. However, zBastila jedi running double kenobi can be beaten with standard nightmare squads (EP+Vader+DN+Sion+Thrawn) and Kanan instead of GK will make the team weaker, so you won't be safe on defense from the team against which yours is supposed to be the hard counter.
There is no point in putting a zeta on him for arena as it'll have very little impact and using Kanan will only be an interim solution anyway. His zeta is good is good in a Phoenix squad but in your case it'll only help him and Ezra. Defense up usually gets dispelled soon together with all the other buffs and there is not really a need of spreading more foresight as GMY does that a lot better. The 100% TM gain on foresight expiring isn't very useful as he doesn't do a lot of dmg and 50% TM for Ezra isn't bad but nothing stellar. His protection up is very useful to keep the bonus tenacity and offense from Bastila lead on toons that have taken some hits but the zeta doesn't add anything in this regard.
