For GAC, I try to lock him with decent speed, since he is usually with JML and mostly used to counter other GLs. So the speed reduction from leadership is useless in such scenarios.
No mods seems excessive. You are slowing down your ability to kill the enemy by not giving him damage. You can always farm a new set that doesn't have speed easier than farming one that does.
Doesn't seem excessive. I can think of many more adjectives that accurately describe that, although Kyno would give me a warning.
