I think the best use for Anakin is to make him a Rey counter. Currently, Rey has only one weakness, and that is being debuffed. She also has low health, but the Foresight she grants herself mostly negates that. Unfortunately, there isn't a single character faster than Rey that can actually inflict a debuff. Adding speed to Anakin along with making his basic more consistent would provide a counter to Rey.
