JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

That might help in TB, though you can't pull Shaak from the clones there, but in TW/GA it will be pretty hard to get your Hoda to go before the other team.
