JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

No, so you can tm swap to JKL, triggering the speed equalization, making your entire team faster than their entire team.
It's not a factor in mirror matches.
