JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

The character data resides on the server, not your phone (or at least the ‘master’ copy does). If the server has to compute mod impacts right before battle everytime it is doing more work as opposed to calculating it once when you apply the mod. Multiple battles a day for every player is millions more calculations...
