JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

I don’t, hence why I said asking the devs is the only way to confirm. Simple is best in design. I’ve given my opinion and why I think it is correct. It is still the most likely scenario in my opinion, and I haven’t heard any compelling evidence to the contrary.
