JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

If I'm reading his kit right, when ns zombie dies off and applies here unique ability, her speed would decrease as intended correct? i.e. if luke has a base speed of 100 and takes a turn, he reduces her base speed to 100, and when she dies off twice, her speed would be set to 0 and would no longer take turns due to undying horde correct? @Kyno
