JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

If that’s the case you definitely don’t want any speed mods at all on JKL (not that I’ll be getting him anytime soon)
Yeah it seems the strategy with him as lead would be to have him have low speed, and a team of jedi to feed him TM.
