Ami I crazy, or is Juhani inexplicably immune to JKL’s speed alteration? I still got the offense up feat I needed so it didn’t effect my play, but it’s still weird. I can’t see any reason Juhani would...

Even at tier 9 of the challenge? My JKL’s speed is 136. It’s crazy to me that she has lower speed at the higher tiers.
Her base speed at R0 is 132. If there's no added speed from mods, then yes, she won't be faster than your JKL.
Just doesn’t make sense to me that they’d put Carth’s speed at about 300 for that tier but not Juhani’s.
Why would you want a fast tank?
You don’t, but that’s not what I meant. They give unseen stat boosts to everybody in the higher tiers. It’s just strange to me that they’d leave Juhani’s speed at its base. That’s all
