JMLS

been fighting jmls for awhile now and I win 80% of the time BUT I've noticed on his first turn he always inflicts 'speed down' on my jkr, I've not seen anywhere in Luke's kit where it says inflict 'speed down'.
tenacity down yes daze yes ability block but not speed down.
an I being silly here or is it just not actually written in his kit (recently needed glasses so I'm still adjusting haha)
if it is in there post up a pic and call me silly.

    Speed down and defense down.
    Normally CG only describes a buff/debuff once when it is first added somewhere.
    I can't find it though as I thought HT was the first.

    Simple terms
    Chance to resist = targets tenacity - attackers potency
    Chance to resist can't go below 15%

    So if tenacity is only 30% higher than his potency you have a 30% chance to resist which is not great

    another stupid question.
    my tenacity is 30% higher than the jmls potency but jkr still gets affected by it, I'm confused to how a lower potency to my tenacity can 100% hit on every encounter.
    is that not how it works if not whats the point of having a higher tenacity.
    it doesn't say it cant be resisted or prevented.
