Turn meter switching is not listed as a "positive effect" so isn't prevented by Isolate.
Nothing about Isolate prevents Savior from triggering on non-Isolated toons. When Revan was isolated, he cannot receive positive effects on other's turns, and when it's his turn none of his allies can receive positive effects. GMY being healed by Savior is not on Revan's turn, so is allowed by Isolate.
We think of Isolate meaning *nothing from this character can ever impact his alllies or vice versa*, but that's not correct, and leads to situations like this.
