EDIT: 130+ speed is pretty great. I'm at 114+ and there's only one on my shard faster from what I've seen. Which reminds me that having a faster BB8 than your opponent's BB8 is a big advantage as well.
So if my bb8 is crazy fast. My JTR speed won't matter right? If JTR is at like 98 speed vs another at like 107. As long as my BB8 is faster will my JTR always win?
Rey gains either 8% or 16% TM when BB8 uses covert data transfer (depends if the random secret intel lands on a Res or non-Res toon). The faster your JTR is the better your chance that she goes next. So the answer depends on the speed of your JTR, the toons you are facing, and some RNG.
