That actually depend on the squad you're using. You'll need only 3 beside JTR & BB8 (those 2 are a must).
The most recomended are- Finn, C3PO, R2D2, RH Finn, RH Poe
But you'll be just fine with one of- Holdo, ScavRey, RT and maybe Poe
Important zetas(if you're using the toons):- JTR(all), R2D2(all), C3PO(all), BB8(RwtP), RH Finn, RH Poe, Holdo
Not important zetas- the rest
