Just curious, G9 Thrawn vs. G9 RG 1v1

Gear and mods equal, wouldn't RG win in a match 1v1 against Thrawn? Kinda funny to me. I don't think he'd come out of stun and fracture isn't enough to stop RG. He'd just poke Thrawn to death
