Her abilities look rather unimpressive, and the free times I have fought her, it wasn't her that hurt me. If I recall, her ability consumes buffs for like a 5% damage boost? 5% max health or just 5%, ...

Nope, she's insane. Can bypass protection, I've had her almost one shot Kylo. If they are running Savage you can lose a character with a 100k hp just from her stun and Savage overpower.
More importantly she is kind of like a Sith STH, she is one of the fastest sith and gives all the rest TM. Under Zaul you can easily get her over 300 speed. Her and Sith Trooper are two of the best secret weapons.
I love the way she can either one shot or come really close on those high health toons. I loaded mine up with speed and a ton of offense and crit damage. I can't seem to get speed to roll on crit damage mods otherwise I'd have even more. She can be a terror if left alone for too long.
