Just sharing my guide for Rebel fleets to easily beat Negotiator

Gerbil thank you SO much for this :) Found myself in a similar situation where I'd invested heavily in Rebels and the Negotiator changed this overnight. I really wanted to find a way to keep the squad I have because I enjoy Rebels a lot, and was worried if I Relic'd a few Rebels in my fleet in an attempt to compete, that that could go wasted and I'd ultimately still have to join the Kenobi bus like the others.
