I have all Jedi except Kit and Plo. With that in mind, I have one team for Arena, GW, and Raids: IGD (L), Anakin, QGJ, Yoda, and Aayla. With this team I get #1 in the arena, do about 400k damage in raids, and clear GW everyday (but need to sub in Barriss for IGD around node 8). This is a pretty powerful squad for all aspects of the game.
Being at level 74, Mace, Lumi, JC, and Ahsoka are going to become less and less competitive as you move on. I would not spend any more resource on them, except to get Yoda. Barriss will be useful only in GW, but can be key there. Old Ben will help you out for a while longer, arguably even end game. But, before it's too late and you start falling behind, you should focus on getting Aayla now, then Barriss and IGD, and finally Anakin (but you'll need to be level 80 and high gear for this one). If you can get all of these, and then Yoda, you will not be disappointed.
But, like I said, I don't have Plo or Kit, but I know what I have has worked for me.
