CLS is shut down with the anti-assist clause. Some unfortunate collateral damage...
The anti-assist clause is only when targeting Darth Revan. Between that and the fact that he equalizes health with other allies, pretty clear that you'll have to go after his supporting cast first and finish him off at the end.
