Why was "Marked" made so confusing? Is there a reason you wanted to make it a debuff? It can't be dispelled, copied etc. Also we already have examples of forcing an enemy to taunt... Geo Spy ship I think as a reinforcement, which is not well implemented cause if a ship is already taunting that's the only ship you can target.
