Is this meant to be enemies? Or just something to confuse the AI? Or a way to incorporate her everyone is expandable thing?
From someone who listened to the podcast:
All inquisitors will have a lead that targets a specific jedi
2nd sister's lead will target JKR -> when an ally gets marked, all allys get the marked debuff so than the AI can still attack whoever they want so she will be more effective on attack
